This event is full of special memories throughout our personal history so we enjoyed now making Aaron a part of it, too!

Aaron's First Easter
We made it through the sunrise service, breakfast, service, and then back for an evening baptism without a hitch. He managed to sleep about 7 hours straight through the night and then stay on schedule throughout the day..which meant we could all take afternoon naps (and of course Precious joined right in)!!!! This was quite an accomplishment--we've had several long days and erratic schedules since getting back in town and it was messing up his schedule that we had just gotten him into--which was meaning a lot of continuing late nights. Hopefully we've figured out how to work him into our crazy rhythms while keeping him on his own sleep/eat/play routine. Fortunately he travels and socializes well and can sleep through noise--he's the perfect PK already :)
Our Cup Overflows
..or should I say Easter basket! Aunt Rachel made sure Aaron got his first Easter basket (which I am doing my part to eat the candy so he will get it in his milk--ohh, the sacrifices of a mother!). Several people remembered Aaron for Easter...that on top of the baby gifts that keep coming in--I can't believe it--Jehovah Jireh!! One of our pre-teens even MADE him a blanket-people tend to have a lot more of those kinds of hands-on skills around here!
