A couple of weeks away from the big "1" and Owen is standing with good balance and able to walk with support. He gets so excited about his accomplishments! And big brother so sweetly cheers and guides him (Aaron is a little mismatched because in the midst of potty training and over a month of sickness throughout the house, we are going through lots of laundry...)

Peek-a-boo
Owen loves all forms of peek-a-boo and likes to sneak into corners or behind objects. He seems to enjoy the element of mystery and surprise!
Music
Lately, both boys seem to be more interested in playing music. They have always enjoyed listening but Aaron frequently likes to blow "instruments" (pipes, shapes... imagination knows no limits) and Owen likes to bounce to sounds.
Strange but True
The other day, shortly after Valentine's, we had a little snowfall that left a heart pattern on our car with the way the hood is shaped. It just struck us funny!
Snuggly Boy
Owen loves to snuggle and frequently lays his head on his pillows or against the couch while cruising or nestles into our neck while being held.
Flexible Boy
Whenever Owen is not happy about something he tends to fuss while bowing his head completely to the ground. He is very limber (and a little dramatic)!
Happy Boy
Owen is full of smiles and giggles and loves to chat and play. He is working on his 6th tooth.

Owen's Latest Progress
11 months old and so many accomplishments..Owen is really starting to maneuver the different toys and loves to clap. There are many instructions he knows how to follow. He is chatting more and more but so far "mama" is the only consistent clear word. He is standing on his own with good balance. He's full of personality and loves to laugh and play games with big brother!
