Park

It was a beautiful day and perfect timing since we already had plans to have a lunch picnic with friends in the park! Aaron has gotten quite good at eating his sandwiches whole. I was so proud of him (and of his Daddy for being such a good role model) when I saw how tenderly helpful he was being of a little girl playing nearby. Her dad commented on what a gentleman Aaron is!

Sanitation Engineer

Not only does Aaron have a fascination for trash but he seems to have a knack for knowing how to ride on the side of a vehicle!

Transportation Museum

We are so blessed to have a group of local friends who are all in full time ministry AND in the same stage of life as us...and the bonus for us is that they all have boys (not all are shown here)! At church we mostly have girls in Aaron's age bracket so its great for him to have some other boys to play with who are close in age. We are hoping that they will also have a special support system as they grow since they are all children of full time ministry parents.

Owen's Checkup

Owen has been growing well and sleeping and eating easily. At our checkup this week he was just shy of 12lbs. Doctors visits have been so much more carefree with him...he's doing so well! Such a relief and answer to prayer!!

Where's Waldo (or in this case, Aaron)?

Mother's Day

Owen gifted Mommy with sleeping "through the night" for 3 nights in a row and Aaron helped make deviled eggs to satisfy a craving and helped pick out a flower to plant outside!

Cuddles with Aunt Audrey

Aaron still loves to twirl hair and Owen has gotten quite chatty lately!

Playing in the Yard with Aunt Audrey

Aaron has gotten quite adept at climbing the ladder to the slide but always has to stop to look at airplanes! He is greatly enjoying the dirt and rock pile and probably won't like seeing the contractor spread it around this summer. We hope to build a sandbox though!

Circus Time!

We were so excited for Aaron that a couple in the church gave tickets to us and Pastor Chute (for his grandson). It worked out beautifully that Audrey would be here to enjoy this with Aaron and Matt and Pastor Chute's family...and I was able to have some much needed quiet and bonding time with Owen.
