Getting Ready for Summer

We enjoyed having a stretch of warm, sunny days and Aaron was very excited to help prep the swingset. Daddy took the opportunity to turn the swingset into a fort for target practice....that was not Mommy's vision for the swingset... :)

Toybox

The toybox seems to be of more interest lately than the actual toys! Owen has proven to be quite a skilled climber everywhere, both up and down, and he's very fast.

Dedication

It was a memorable morning to have family visiting during the public dedication of Owen and to have special friends sharing the occasion. Suzanna beautifully sang the song below as these pictures played (we respected the artist by buying the music but this link is made available for viewing on youtube) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=re5EIUIXbhc Aaron was complete in his suit just like Daddy's..with a slight difference...only Aaron had a Bob the Builder sticker to place on his jacket :) He did a great job in the service and was so excited to go downstairs later for Junior Church. He has really embraced being a "big boy".

We started in the chair but had to move to the floor...it was special having one of our teen leaders be able to come to the house. He just finished his schooling and has kids of his own so he was great with Owen. Owen wasn't too sure about the whole thing.

A few months ago a business opened to offer indoor healthy fun with lots of inflatable activities. The facility is well lit and full of color...a lift for mom and dad this time of year too! Owen was bright eyed the whole time and was ready to keep up with big brother!

Recently the nursery got a facelift! Aaron has really enjoyed his 2yr Sunday School class attached to the nursery but this Sunday he officially moves to his next class. We enjoyed his teachers but are excited to see him growing into this next stage!
