Owen's first time in the cart without being in his car seat was at Walmart. They both enjoyed their ride around Cabelas.

Sitting Up

Now that Owen is sitting up well they were both able to transition car seats recently. Owen is enjoying his new view and we are enjoying having more flexibility when we're out.

Aaron has been Daddy's helper on this summer project. We are in the process of staining the new part to protect it from snow and make it match the part we bought from friends. The sand will come next summer...Aaron has enjoyed the process and both boys should have lots of fun for years to come!

Stories

We have gotten quite a giggle out of Aaron lately play acting the various stories he reads or from videos. We are especially pleased to see that he is starting to put the Word in his heart as he is going around the house blowing his "trumpet" (a recorder) to make the walls fall down and he loves to use his hammer or pipes to build a boat (like Noah)...quite amusing to be seeing Bible stories comes to life through our little carpenter. When he's not playing out stories he is busy acting like daddy doing various other repair projects (including making up a chop saw, which he doesn't like in real life) or most recently like the carpenter who made the final repairs on our roof (knock on wood...it's been an ongoing project since 2008).
